Solberg leads Tänak
According to Sportal, the Swede held an 8.5-second lead over Tänak after the morning stages, and further stretched it by 3.9 seconds in the afternoon. He ended the day 12.4 seconds ahead of the Hyundai driver, who in turn holds a 1.8-second advantage over teammate Thierry Neuville.
Fourth, 20.1 seconds off the lead, is three-time defending Rally Estonia champion Kalle Rovanperä, who sits 9.7 seconds ahead of Adrien Fourmaux.
After struggling in the morning, the Frenchman made some setup changes to his Hyundai during the midday service, which allowed him to overtake Takamoto Katsuta and Elfyn Evans in the afternoon stages. Fourmaux claimed a stage win in the first pass of Kambja.
Katsuta and Evans run sixth and seventh, respectively, ahead of Sami Pajari, Mārtiņš Sesks, and Joshua McErlean, who complete the top 10.
Sesks found the pace expected of him in Estonia during the afternoon stages, overtaking and pulling away from M-Sport teammate McErlean by 18.6 seconds. The British team's third driver, Grégoire Munster, sits 11th, 10.6 seconds behind McErlean.
