Barcelona boss Hansi Flick revealed some important team news ahead of Thursday's La Liga meeting with Osasuna.

Barcelona will face Osasuna on Thursday, March 27, in a rescheduled La Liga match.

The original fixture was postponed due to the tragic passing of the team's doctor, Carles Minarro Garcia.

The re-arranged game is coming. just two days after the international break. Brazilian winger Raphinha and Uruguayan center-back Ronald Araujo will miss the match due to their involvement in World Cup qualifiers.

Flick confirmed the duo's absence in his pre-match press conference, saying:

"They won't play tomorrow, they won't be with the team. They have a long flight, and it's not the best way to recover.

"Ronald didn't play in the last game, but after his injury, it's good that he trained. We'll see what happens on Sunday."

Flick also revealed the defensive partnership that will line up against Osasuna, stating:

"Eric [Garcia] and Inigo [Martinez] will play at centre back. Pau Cubarsi will be on the bench. He should have a couple more days because he needs it.

The injury isn't serious, but it's good that he has more days. If we needed him, he would play."
