The Ndejje Angels are entering the 2023 playoffs against Our Savior with a favorable momentum on their side, as game one is scheduled for Saturday at the YMCA court.

It is worth mentioning that the University team holds the distinction of being the only team to defeat the City Oilers this season.

Despite the ups and downs faced by the University side throughout the season, guard Jonathan Oketch emphasizes that winning game one on Saturday will establish the tone for the remainder of the series.

"We must commence with a victory in order to sustain the momentum we established during the regular season," Oketch told Pulse Sports.

"We need to minimize the errors that have been costly in previous games, such as turnovers, in order to provide ourselves with a solid foundation for securing the win."

Oketch added: "Our objective is to win the championship, but we must focus on one game at a time, starting with the match against Our Savior tomorrow."

The Ndejje Angels and Our Savior are poised to deliver an enthralling showdown in the quarterfinals, as both teams strive to gain the upper hand in game one.
