Ahead of the heavyweight showdown, Wilder gave an analysis of Joshua's weakness insisting he does not deal with pressure well.

In an interview with ESN News, He said, “I think he traps [himself] in his mind and it can become pressure.

"He can be better than somebody, but the pressure, I think he gets in his head and adds extra.

"Because he really can beat these guys with ease with the right mindset.”

Wilder explained in the interview that Joshua has to have the right mindset if he is to overcome the Michigan man.

The former WBC champion is reportedly set to return to the ring against Cameroonian-French professional mixed martial artist Francis Ngannou who recently was stripped of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight title.

Joshua will aim to bounce back against Franklin at the 02 Arena on Saturday, April 1, 2023.
