Three rugby sides competing in the Nile Special Rugby Premiership have partnered with transportation firm SafeBoda.

Three rugby sides competing in the Nile Special Rugby Premiership have partnered with transportation firm SafeBoda.

Kobs, Impis and Warriors are the three teams that have signed with SafeBoda until the end of the current season.

The partnership will see players, officials, and fans from the three clubs use the SafeBoda app at a lower rate through promo codes.

Warriors CEO Eunice Olembo welcomed the partnership: "This is a timely boost for us as a team."

"Transport is one of the costs our players incur daily, but if we have a partner, it eases everything up," she added.

Impis rugby chairman Pius Mpoza highlighted the importance of safety, one of SafeBoda's core values.

"SafeBoda resonates with safety, so for us, safety for our players is key, and I am glad that our players will benefit from this partnership."

Safeboda co-founder Ricky Rapa Thomson emphasized that their objective was to provide safe, affordable and reliable transportation for the clubs.

"We intend to provide safe, affordable and reliable transportation for these teams. Players and officials will be given promo codes to use the service at a lower rate."

Matchday, 12 of the NileSpecial Rugby Premiership, returns this weekend with all teams in action.
