Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface has been nominated for a third consecutive Bundesliga Rookie of the Month Award.
The 22-year-old joined Bayer Leverkusen from Belgian Pro League side Union Saint-Gilloise this summer and has already established himself as one of the key players in the competition.

The Ondo-born striker continued his impressive showing for Bayer Leverkusen this season, which has seen them stay at the top of the Bundesliga table.
Die Werkself won all three league games they played in October, with the Super Eagles striker involved in all, scoring once and assisting once.
He has now been nominated for Rookie of the Month after winning the awards for August and September.

The 22-year-old striker was listed among the top 100 dribblers aged 23 or under in the latest rankings released by CIES Football Observatory.
Boniface was ranked 14th on the list of the best dribblers in the top five leagues in the world and 43rd in the global ranking.
