A four-hour drive from Arua, the Paridi grounds will host Arua Hill home games instead of travelling over 440 km, about nine hours to Wakiso District in Central Uganda.

Adjumani Local Government have offered Arua Hill the opportunity to host their home games within West Nile.

A four-hour drive from Arua, the Paridi grounds will host Arua Hill home games instead of travelling over 440 km, about nine hours to Wakiso District in Central Uganda.

The Arua City Club have confirmed they will move to Paridi Grounds in Adjumani District, West Nile, a bordering district to Arua to the Eastern side.

"Our new home, Paridi Stadium in Adjumani, has been approved by FUFA to host StarTimes Uganda Premier League matches for the 2023/24 season as we strive to put back Barifa Stadium," the club stated.

"Hopefully, some games will be in Arua."

The Barifa grounds were recently vandalised by unknown persons, destroying critical facilities, including washrooms, the makeshift pavilion and a temporary fence.

Arua Hill will open their 2023/24 campaign against Busoga United on September 17.
