Like it was last season as the Venoms won the trophy on the final day of the campaign, it promises similar drama, with four teams in contention.

Vipers sit third on the log with 53 points accumulated after 28 matches, one point adrift of leaders SC Villa, who take on NEC FC.

Second-placed BUL FC (53 points) and fourth-placed Kitara FC (52 points), will take on Busoga United and Gaddafi FC, respectively.

Meanwhile, the Venoms enter the fray following their 2-1 victory over Busoga United last time out, with Milton Karisa and Abdul Nsereko on the scoresheet.

It ended in a barren stalemate with tomorrow's opponents in the first round at the Kakyeka Stadium, in Mbarara.

Vipers commands numerical superiority over Mbarara City with four wins, five draws and two defeats out of the previous 11 meetings having scored 12 goals against eight conceded in the previous contests.
