In a bid to make a massive leap in the club's operations, Arua Hill SC have made changes in the administrative structure, appointing Hassan Mugerwa Takoowa as their new chairman.
Mugerwa comes in with worthy administrative experience, having previously served as FUFA Marketing Manager.

With Uganda still struggling to find answers to the lack of goals at the senior national team, a well-nurtured Nsereko could, for many years, come in handy as a natural solution.
