Leicester City's Kenyan winger Silko Amari Otieno and his teammates found themselves on the wrong end of a 4-2 score line against Sunderland in a Premier League 2 clash that took place on Friday evening.
Otieno featured for the full 90 minutes as a right winger but even though he plugged away, could not ultimately help his side avoid defeat to the Black Cats.
Eligible to also play for England and Jamaica, Otieno has scored six goals and registered one assist in 16 appearances for the development team this season.

He has made the bench for the senior team on two separate occasions since signing from Chelsea last September, both in the FA Cup against Birmingham and Bournemouth.
Meanwhile, Sammy Braybrooke and Amani Richards found the net in the north-east on Friday evening but four goals from the hosts sent Sunderland on their way to three points.
Harrison Jones opened the scoring after just three minute at Eppleton Colliery Welfare Ground, before the recently returned Braybrooke leveled things up again in the seventh minute. First team attacker Bradley Dack put the hosts back in front, ensuring the lead at the interval.
Jones scored his second goal of the game a little over the hour mark to give the Black Cats some breathing space, but Leicester made life difficult by reducing the deficit in the last fifteen minutes; Richards scoring the goal.
