Nyago put the blame on the referee’s poor officiating and has warned him not to attempt to step in Busoga’s games.
“I said this earlier but let me just go on record that we, as Busoga United, shall not play any match in which [Richard] Kimbowa is officiating because if you follow closely to that case, you’ll realise he was the cause of the confusion,” Nyago warned.
She is also puzzled with the manner in which FUFA disciplinary channels are unfair in their judgements and also punish such refereeing errors, which she says cause the violence.
“The clubs are punished and the referees are rewarded when the points are deducted from us, which should not be the case,” she added.
Busoga United lost the particular match by forfeiture and docked a further three points and three goals from their tally.
On top of that, the club was banned from hosting games in Jinja for five games.
