Alionzi will extend the trail of Ugandan goalkeepers at St. George, including Robert Odongkara and Dennis Onyango previously.

He was impressive in the most recent season for URA, as he kept 12 clean-sheets, one fewer than goalkepeer of the season, Simon Tamale.

The 27 year-old has spent the past six seasons with the Tax Collectors, establishing himself as not only a key pillar, part the team captain as well.

URA are already preparing for life without Alionzi as they've reportedly reached deals with Express FC custodian Denis Otim and Arua Hill SC's Rogers Omedwa.
