Chelsea were reduced to 10 men after Ben Chilwell was sent off.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has admitted they had a challenge playing against 10-man Chelsea at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday.
The English side was dealt a blow when Ben Chilwell was red-carded in the 59th minute with Chelsea already trailing 1-0.
As a result, the Blues had to change their game plan to accommodate the numerical advantage handed to Los Blancos.
To Ancelotti, they faced a problem while dealing with a 10-man Chelsea side.
"When they played with 10 men, they put up a low block, and it was not easy to find a solution," the former Chelsea manager told BT Sport.
