Al Ahly's arch-rivals Esperance de Tunis have been drawn against JS Kabylie in another quarter-final match that will likely produce fireworks.
The winner between Al Ahly and Raja Casablanca will come up against the winner between Esperance and Kabylie.
CAF has also announced the draw for this season's CAF Confederation Cup quarter-finals as Simba's domestic rivals Yanga are set to face a tough test.
Yanga reached the last eight after finishing at Group D with 11 points, the same as second-placed US Monastir, with goal difference separating the two sides.
The Citizens will meet the Nigerian side Rivers United later this month. The Pride of Rivers qualified for the same round after finishing second in Group B behind ASEC Mimosas of Ivory Coast.
Rivers United will host the first leg in Port Harcourt on April 23, while the second leg will occur in Dar es Salaam a week later.
