However, Ssenyange also asserted the team will need motivational speakers to change players' attitude among other reasons, going forward.

Charles Ssenyange Nsanziro alias 'Kadidi' oversaw Kampala Queens WFC's failed quest for CAF Women’s Champions League football as they stumbled in the Zonal Qualifiers.

The experienced tactician has thus weighed in on the team's journey, stressing it was a learning episode for the entire team.

However, Ssenyange also asserted the team will need motivational speakers to change players' attitude among other reasons, going forward.

“We did fail to reach our goal in the concluded CAF Zonal Qualifiers but at least we have managed to learn a lot that will help us to improve and do better," Kadidi told the club media.

“We learned how we should deal with the female gender because a small and minor issue may change her attitude and end up losing a game.”

“We also have to bond the team politically, bring motivational speakers, to talk to these girls and encourage them.”

Charles Ssenyange Kadidi the new coach at Kampala Queens faces tough challenge in CAF Zonal Qualifiers.

"We really need to win the league and go back to Zonal Qualifiers and make a statement,” Ssenyange added.

The FUFA Women's Super League champions managed two victories at the tournament, drew once and lost just as many, eventually finishing third behind CBE FC and Buja Queens in Group A.

Ssenyange, who is less than two months into his two-year contract, has been under-fire, with reports of his sacking dominating headlines in the past weeks.
