Having endured a formidable bromance at PSG, it now appears that the rumours surrounding Neymar and his former teammate might be far from false.
Weeks ago, reports emerged that Kylian Mbappé had come to an agreement with the PSG heirarchy amid speculation surrounding his future.
The 24-year-old France captain was issued an ultimatum to sign a new contract at the club or be sold during the summer.

However, Mbappé eventually came to terms with the Parisian club as PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi stated that the French attacker would remain at the club beyond the season and suggested that the club had reached a resolution with the player.
At the same time, rumours also suggested that Mbappé’s criteria for staying was tied closely to Neymar’s potential exit from the club.

The rumour which was never confirmed either of the two superstars sparked reactions from fans on social media.
Now, the former teammates have now unfollowed each other on Instagram in what could be a confirmation of the biggest rumours of the summer.

This comes days after Neymar took a blatant swipe at the French league following his transfer to the Middle East.
