Barcelona have received a significant boost before their crucial Champions League semi-final second leg against Inter Milan.

Barcelona have been encouraged ahead of Tuesday's Champions League semi-final second-leg contest against Inter Milan

Last week's wildly exciting first leg ended 3-3 in Spain, with Lamine Yamal's performance dominating post-match headlines.

Having lost Jules Kounde to injury during the draw, Hansi Flick’s side have welcomed one key player back into training.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Robert Lewandowski is back in team training ahead of this week’s second leg in Milan.

The Pole has missed the last four games across three competitions due to a muscle issue, uninvolved in LaLiga against Mallorca and Real Valladolid, April 26's Copa del Rey final victory over Real Madrid and last week's thriller against Inter.

However, the frontman, who has scored 11 times in 12 Champions League games this term and 40 in 48 appearances altogether, is a welcome returnee for the five-time European Cup winners.
