Having recently hit the 50th-goal mark for Bright Stars in the league, Senkatuka was in an unforgiving mood as he opened the scoring in the third minute with a well-taken low-drive after a Yassin Mugume pass.

With halftime calling, the talisman showed his predatory self as he latched on a rebound after the upright denied Sam Ssenyonjo's shot.

Less than a minute later, the guests found a lifeline with Ibrahim Musa striking past goalkeeper Hassan Matovu.

Midway through the half, Arua Hill had been reduced to ten as Yusuf Makutum got sent for a reckless challenge on Shafik Kakande.

The party wasn't over for Senkatuka, who struck seven minutes into the second half to further extend Bright Stars' lead.

Following the victory, Bright Stars have ascended up on the table to 10th with as many points after nine games.

They will host record-holders SC Villa in their next fixture on December 5.

It should be noted that Villa have also comfortably beaten Busoga United 2-0 at Wankulukuku on Thursday with Umar Lutalo and Ronald Ssekiganda on the score-sheet.

The win took Villa to 12 points in sixth place, having played eight matches this season.

On the other hand, Arua Hill have stayed stuck at the base with just four points out of a possible 27.

In their subsequent fixture, they will host fellow strugglers Wakiso Giants FC at the Paridi Stadium, Adjumani, on December 5.
