In facing Kitara FC at the Masindi Stadium, Obua has rallied his team to outcompete the opposition and put down the noise in the stands.

URA FC head coach David Obua had never shied from a challenge right from his days as a professional player.

Into his managerial career, the open-minded tactician has dared the biggest of teams and the fiercest of grounds and has gone toe to toe with the majority of them.

In facing Kitara FC at the Masindi Stadium, Obua has rallied his team to outcompete the opposition and put down the noise in the stands.

"We'll shut them down with the movement of the ball," said Obua about the Kitara crowd.

"We want them to come in big numbers because it will help promote the Uganda Premier League as much as possible."

"It's going to be electric because they feel they can go three points up, we also feel we can go three up. We are here to win," Obua added.

"We are in a certain type of enthusiasm. We are against the table leaders but we have to exert ourselves. We want to show them that we are in this competition to win."

Meanwhile, URA sit seventh with 31 points in 20 matches, while Kitara are top with 40 points.

The first round between the two sides was Obua's first game as URA coach, as it played out to an entertaining 2-2 draw.

Najib Fesali and Ivan Ahimbisibwe netter for Obua's Tax Collectors, while Living Kabon and Brian Aheebwa were on target for the Royals in Lugazi.
