Borini confirmed the decision on his Facebook page on Sunday morning.

Ownership, governance, and players’ contracts continue to burden the club that had a brilliant maiden season, finishing fifth in the 2021/22 campaign and a position better the next term when they were fourth in the 2022/23 season.
At the start of the 2023/24 campaign, their home, Barifa Stadium, lacked the requirements; hence, they sought asylum in Adjumani.
If the Arua-based side is included back in the UPL fixtures, they will again be on the move, hosting their home games at Bombo Military Barracks Grounds.
