The troubles Arua Hill is facing range from governance, ownership, and contractual terms of players, among others.
"In reference to the current UPL league fixtures released for the second round, of which our team is missing out, we would like to assure our fans that we are making everything possible to rectify a few challenges affecting the club," she wrote on the club's social media handles.
"We have until 29th January (Monday) to appeal the decision against us," Nyamwiza said before adding.
"We hope the football governing body shall give us a second chance/fair hearing," she summed.
The club currently sit at the base with just five points in 15 games, headed into the second Round.
