Following KCCA FC's ushering in of a new technical team, a number of outgoing lot did not take the developments well as they felt there was unfair dealings.

Outgoing assistant coach Nsanziro Sam Charles Ssenyange 'Kadidi' is an aggrieved man as he felt there was a contract breach as he was asked to step down.

In fact, Kadidi claims his contract which was still running till 2024, was terminated by just a phone call from the manager administration and operations, Moses Kaddu Ssekiti.

"I had a running contract with KCCA until September 2024, but yesterday I received a phone call last evening that I had been relieved of my services at the club," Kadidi was quoted by Swift Sports.

Efforts by Pulse Sports Uganda to reach the tactician to ascertain these comments hit a dead end, as he couldn't be reached on a phone call.

The coach was further quoted by Swift; "I received a phone call yesterday evening from Mr. Kaddu and I was told to go and receive a compensation of three months yet I have a contract until September 2024."

"This showed disrespect and lack of dignity. Yes I was once a player at the club but now I'm an employee who knows the principles and now the next step is to sue the club for breach of contract," he threatened.

"I think since I had a running contract it was better for the coach to organize a meeting with me and inform me of my future."

Kadidi was first brought in as an assistant under head coach Morley Byekwaso in 2022 and stayed as the latter resigned in April this year.

He stayed in the same role and as First Team Coach, under the interim head coach Jackson Mayanja, as they wrapped up last season in second in the league, behind Vipers SC.

Kadidi is a former KCCA player, whose tenure as an actove footballer at Lugogo lasted for six years, from 1988-1994.

He is a former coach at Pietermaritzburg,Transnet Kings United and Sobantu in South Africa, plus Lioli FC in Lesotho.

He also coached at a couple of Ugandan sides including Mbarara City FC, Paidha Black Angels, Kampala Club Marines, UTODA FC, Elite Soccer Academy and Tooro United.
