The former Manchester United midfielder has been cautioned after causing bodily harm to a security guard who sought to stop him from urinating on a wall.
Manchester United legend Nicky Butt has been cautioned by police following a head but on a security guard at a nightclub.
According to The Sun, Butt attacked the guard after an altercation and left him with a broken nose before the police were called two hours later.
Butt had lunch at Soho Farmhouse near Great Tew, Oxfordshire on January 24, 2025, three days after turning 50, with his former United team-mates David Beckham, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes attending alongside their partners.

Police launched an investigation and looked at CCTV footage with Butt reported to have accepted the caution for causing bodily harm.

“The investigation has now concluded. A man was given a caution for the offence of ABH,” a police statement read.
Butt is alleged to have urinated against a courtyard wall, leading to a confrontation with the security guard that left the latter bleeding.
“There was blood everywhere. People were shocked as the guard came inside with his face a mess. It ruined a lovely day,” a source told The Sun.
The guard is said to have taken time off to recover from the facial injuries with the former United midfielder accepting to make a donation to a charity.
