Cameroon reached the fourth round after an extra-time victory over Uganda in the third round, beating the Cranes 3-0 in the second leg after losing the first leg in Njeru.

The two legs will be played in February 2024, with Cameroon hosting the first leg and Nigeria getting the chance to end the tie on home soil.
