And the thirteen-time Uganda Premier League champions have confirmed the game against the Tax Collectors will come a little too soon for homegrown talent.

Rejuvenated KCCA FC will make do without young forward Dominic Ayella when they host bogey side URA FC at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo, on Tuesday.

Ayella sustained an agonizing groin injury as the Kasasiro Boys edged UPDF FC 2-1 in their most recent game at the Bombo Military Barracks.

And the thirteen-time Uganda Premier League champions have confirmed the game against the Tax Collectors will come a little too soon for homegrown talent.

"Dominic Ayella is ruled out due to a groin injury picked up in the game against UPDF FC," KCCA disclosed.

Despite playing most of his games off the bench, Ayella has managed two goals in nine appearances.

On the other hand, KCCA will be buoyed by the return of defenders Mustafa Kizza and Peter Magambo, who have missed the previous two games to respective injuries.

"Kizza Mustafa and Peter Magambo have resumed training. The pair missed the previous two matches against SC Villa and UPDF FC due to hamstring and rib injuries, respectively."

KCCA also revealed that forward Emmanuel Loki "felt tightness in his hamstring, and the player is being assessed."

"The medical staff is taking care of Haruna Lukwago, who experienced pain in his ankle from a training session," the club added.

It should be noted that URA have a superior head-to-head record over KCCA, with the former winning 12 of their previous 26 matches, compared to the latter's seven.
