Mansoor Bwanika is the defending champion of the Nile Special National Pool open Championship.
“I’ve got an arena in Mukono where I train daily for the Open and the league that is coming up, so be ready for me,” he added.
The winners from the preliminary qualifiers will advance to the regionals, where a total of 120 players will qualify for the nationals.
The 120 players will be joined by the eight top-seeded players in the country.
